Our program is designed for ages 10 to 16 of all skill levels and backgrounds. No matter what your child’s goal is, whether it’s making the basketball team or simply improving body awareness and coordination – they’ll get a unique, stimulating workout while simultaneously developing discipline and learning that hard work pays off.

At CrossFit Augusta, our goal is for your kid to leave every class feeling confident and accomplished. We help your child build a positive association with exercise and a healthy lifestyle through fun, challenging group workouts.

Youth workouts include scalable movements from weightlifting, gymnastics, and aerobics in ever-varying combinations to prepare your child for the vigor of everyday life, and make them competitive in any additional athletic endeavors.
