Our Methodology

  • Functional Movements: Common types of everyday movements such as squatting, running, jumping, lifting/carrying objects, climbing, throwing, etc.

  • Constant Variation: We strive to be competent in any possible task or challenge that could come our way. You never get bored because every workout is different and challenging.

  • High Intensity: Intensity = Power output during a workout. The more power you can develop during a workout, the more fit you can become.

  • Universal: Anyone can do it! Our coaches will help you scale movements so that they are still challenging for you.

SMALLER CLASSES

We always have at least one coach for every 12 athletes, and our average class size is between 6 and 8. We do this to ensure that every member is able to take advantage of our top notch coaching. This is safer and allows you to make better progress because you get more individual attention rather than being lost in the crowd. Read more about this.

STRUCTURED PROGRAMMING

There is a system behind our workouts that, combined with the coaching and other elements of our program, will advance all facets of your fitness. Our workouts are programmed by a CrossFit Games regional competitor, so you are training like a regional competitor. Our weekday workouts are typically designed through a 6 to 8 week cycle alternating in intensity and types of movements. In between programming cycles we will do testing so you can measure your progress and set new goals. Each workout is designed to be scaled to your level so that you're challenged to be the best you can be.
