Our Methodology

  • Functional Movements: Common types of everyday movements such as squatting, running, jumping, lifting/carrying objects, climbing, throwing, etc.

  • Constant Variation: We strive to be competent in any possible task or challenge that could come our way. You never get bored because every workout is different and challenging.

  • High Intensity: Intensity = Power output during a workout. The more power you can develop during a workout, the more fit you can become.

  • Universal: Anyone can do it! Our coaches will help you scale movements so that they are still challenging for you.

Our Programs

No matter where you are on your fitness journey, we have a program that will help you get in the best shape of your life. 


You can't out-exercise a bad diet. Nutrition is the foundation of the fitness pyramid, and is a vital component in achieving your health, weight and performance goals. We've worked with a registered dietitian to develop an easy, science-based approach to nutrition and wellness.

Personal Training

If you prefer a one-on-one environment, this is great for you. But this is more than personal training. We will tailor the programming and nutrition specifically for you and your goals, and schedule the sessions at times convenient for you.

Group Classes

Constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. This combines both strength and conditioning in one workout.
